Our Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help! Here’s what you need to know:

Returns & Claims

  • Damaged, misprinted, or defective items? Let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it out at no extra cost.
  • Lost in transit? If your package is missing, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Color Differences

  • Sometimes the final product color might be slightly different due to factors like screen resolution or fabric. Minor variations are normal, but if there’s a major color mismatch (like red instead of blue), reach out to us!

Sizing Issues

  • Please check our size guide before ordering. If the size doesn’t match what you expected, let us know, and we’ll work together to find a solution.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Received something damaged or faulty? We’ll gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund. Just send us a few photos of the product and packaging so we can look into it.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Make sure the recipient’s details are correct! If an order gets returned due to an incomplete address, we’ll need to place a new order at your cost.

Refused or Unclaimed Orders

  • If an order is refused or unclaimed and gets returned, you can place a new order, but there will be an extra charge.

Custom Orders

  • Since our products are custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a serious quality issue.
