1. How long will it take to receive my order?
We know you’re excited to receive your order, so we work to get it to you as soon as possible! It typically takes us 1-2 business days to process/customize your order. After that, shipping time depends on your location.  Please check our Shipping Policy for more details. 

2. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order is processed and ready for shipment, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all around the world! Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please check our Shipping Policy for more details. 

4. What’s your return policy?
If something’s not right with your order—whether it’s damaged, defective, or not what you expected—please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your item, and we’ll be happy to help. Depending on the situation, we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

5. What should I do if I ordered the wrong size?
No worries! If you’ve realized the size isn’t quite right, just contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you, but please make sure to check our size chart carefully before ordering to avoid any sizing issues.

6. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
We start working on your order right after it’s placed, so if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order goes into production.

7. What if my package gets lost?
If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated shipping time, let us know! We’ll look into it and make sure you get your order.

8. Will my custom item look exactly like the preview?
We take great care to ensure that our products match your design as closely as possible. However, minor differences may occur due to the printing process, fabric type, or screen resolution. Don’t worry, though—any major discrepancies will be covered by our quality guarantee!
